That's how I work. I embed in organizations, assess the full picture, and build alongside your team. My background spans health equity and systems change, nonprofit capacity building, coalition management, facilitation, strategic planning, and operational design. But my real expertise is this: I can see the whole system, name the real problem, and figure out what it's going to take to fix it.
I've worked in health equity long enough to understand what it takes to move complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives forward. And I've worked broadly enough to know that the skills required - process design, facilitation, leadership, implementation - matter across every sector.
